While my focus currently is on a return to livestock production, I am available to advise on select research projects and to engage in targeted consultative work. Past examples include:
- Advising the US Forest Service International Programs/ USAID on pastoral development and range management in East Africa
- Conducting rangeland health assessments for the National Park Service on grazing allotments in National Parks and Monuments
- Supporting University researchers with project guidance, methodology development, grant writing, and research planning, all within the realm of range science
- Helping conservation NGOs to understand the role of livestock grazing management in their outcomes, including identification of novel strategies
